Returns & Withdrawal Policy

Right of withdrawal If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is extended if it ends on a weekend or public holiday.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, log in to your customer account at account.anajaren.com → Orders and submit your request, or contact us at anajarenoficina@gmail.com. We will send you an automatic confirmation upon receipt of your request.

Returning your item Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the item within 14 days. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds We will refund the full purchase price, including the cost of standard outbound shipping, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the amount.

Cancellations If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you can cancel it directly from your customer account at account.anajaren.com → Orders.

Exceptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom or personalized products, or to digital content that has already been downloaded or accessed.

Defective or incorrect items If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at anajarenoficina@gmail.com. We will cover return shipping costs in these cases and resolve the issue promptly.
