Returns Policy

If, when you receive your order, you find that an item is faulty or you've received something different from what you ordered, just get in touch with us and we'll sort it out. You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Once we have received the item and checked its condition, we will refund both the cost of the product and any return shipping costs.

If you'd like to return an item for any other reason, you may also do so within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in perfect condition, returned in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. In these cases, the customer is responsible for the shipping and return costs, as well as any customs duties or import fees that may apply. Where applicable, these costs will be deducted from the refund.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, log in to your customer account at account.anajaren.com → Orders and submit your request, or contact us at anajarenoficina@gmail.com. We'll get back to you within 48 hours with everything you need to complete the process.

If an order is returned to us because it could not be delivered (for example, due to an incorrect address, the recipient being unavailable, or the parcel not being collected in time), we will issue a refund minus the original shipping costs. If you would like us to send the order again, the cost of the new shipment will be the customer's responsibility.

Please note that books with a personalised dedication cannot be returned. However, if the dedication does not mention a specific person by name, the book is eligible for return.
